Salary & Benefits

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day branch operations to meet business, staffing, and service goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and service excellence
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, payroll, billing, and cost control
  • Ensure contract compliance, licensing adherence, and regulatory oversight
  • Performing all business development and marketing activities in assigned territory including identification of potential contracts which meet the company’s market model by performing territory prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, generate new contract sales in diverse markets with a focus on Industrial, Commercial Realty, Residential, and Higher Education
  • Lead, mentor, and develop site-level leadership teams and frontline employees
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and after-hours/weekend inspections
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives
  • Partner with corporate and division teams on strategic planning and implementation
  • Represent ADM in community outreach and local public safety partnerships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of branch management experience (Branch Manager, Director of Operations, District Manager, General Manager or similar) overseeing contract security guards (10,000+ hours/week preferred)
  • Experience in operations, account management, financial oversight, and team leadership
  • Must have experience with business development
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to remain flexible and on-call 24/7 for critical branch matters
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
