Responsibilities

 

This is an Unarmed position in security.  The selected candidate will be trained to obtain complete knowledge of the property where he/she is assigned, to include facilities, post orders, emergency contact lists, emergency procedures, special instructions, and all post duties. 

 

The selected candidate will be trained:

  • In the proper use, and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by assigned officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).
  • Assists with the staffing of post in order to insure complete coverage.
  • Write reports and sign-in sheets to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
  • Review Post orders periodically for changes and or updates
  • Report any incidents or significant events to their Supervisor and or Property Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The candidate must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have scheduling flexibility/NIghts, days and Mid shifts are possible
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Be able to multitask.
  • Should be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
  • Be able to sit or stand for several hours at a time
