Division Vice President

This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a proven security services professional to guide a major regional division, influence business strategy, strengthen client partnerships, and help shape the continued growth of Admiral Security Services in one of the nation’s most important markets.

The Division Vice President is a senior regional executive responsible for leading the National Capital Division with full operational, financial, client relationship, and growth accountability. This leader will oversee business operations across the division, drive profitable growth, strengthen service delivery, and implement scalable processes that support continued expansion. The successful candidate will bring proven security services leadership, strong P and L discipline, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, industry associations, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Implementing best practices, operating procedures, and performance standards that improve consistency, accountability, and service quality.
• Leading quality management programs that measure service performance, reinforce client expectations, and support continuous improvement across the division.
• Ensuring efficient, cost-effective deployment of labor, management resources, technology, and support functions
• Strengthening branch operations, field leadership, client support, and key management talent throughout the division
• Growing the division through client retention, new business development, operational excellence, and disciplined financial management

Compensation range: $235,000-$245,000 base salary

Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 25% of base salary, based on company criteria and subject to company discretion.

Signing Bonus: $10,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Division Vice President will provide senior leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day executive oversight for the National Capital Division while upholding Admiral Security Services’ mission, values, client commitments, and standards of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing executive leadership for division operations, management teams, field leadership, client service delivery, and business performance.
• Maintaining full profit and loss responsibility for the division, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, labor management, cash flow, and financial performance against established goals.
• Developing and executing strategic operating plans that align with company objectives, support long-term growth, strengthen client retention, and improve operational consistency.
• Driving profitable growth through client relationship management, new business development, market expansion, operational excellence, and disciplined financial management.
• Leading sales and business development efforts to increase market share while supporting proposal strategy, client presentations, contract retention, and strategic account development.
• Monitoring operating and financial results against plans, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, and taking corrective action where needed.
• Building, developing, and strengthening a high-performing management team capable of supporting complex client portfolios, rapid growth, and consistent service delivery.
• Establishing and improving operational infrastructure, including systems, processes, procedures, staffing models, workforce deployment, reporting practices, and accountability measures.
• Measuring the effectiveness of internal and external operational processes and implementing improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
• Ensuring division leadership and employees understand, embrace, and are accountable for operating objectives, service expectations, compliance requirements, and performance standards.
• Providing prompt, accurate, and meaningful reports to senior leadership regarding operational performance, financial results, client issues, risk areas, staffing trends, and business opportunities.
• Serving as the senior regional representative for Admiral Security Services with clients, prospective clients, business partners, vendors, industry associations, government agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Maintaining ongoing communication and alignment with executive leadership to support company priorities, resolve business issues, and advance strategic initiatives.

• Performing other duties and executive responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous experience with full P and L management responsibilities preferably in contract guard force industry.
• Previous experience as a Division Vice President, Regional Vice President, Area Vice President, Vice President of Operations, or comparable senior operations executive overseeing a significant business unit.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• The selected candidate will be required to complete drug testing and background screening.
